Contracts and rotas
All of our Professional Carers are employed directly by The Good Care Group.
This means you get all the benefits of being employed; you are enrolled into a
pension scheme, you’ll receive holiday pay and we organise all of your tax and
National Insurance contributions. It also means that we are with you every step
of the way ensuring you have the support you need in placement. You’ll have
access to your care management team 24/7, a free confidential employee
assistance programme and the compassionate support of an Admiral Nurse
should you ever need it.
We endeavour to place you with one client so that you can build a strong and
mutually beneficial bond with them. Should anything happen to the client or they
no longer need your services, we will work on getting you into another
placement as soon as possible.
You can choose a pattern that you feel would give you the best balance
between working and time off with family and friends.
We offer the following rota patterns:
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
2 weeks on, 4 weeks off
4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
3 weeks on, 3 weeks off
4 weeks on, 4 weeks off
6 weeks on, 2 weeks off
