Contracts and rotas
All of our professional carers are employed directly by The Good Care Group.
This means you get all the benefits of being employed; you are enrolled into a
pension scheme, you’ll receive holiday pay and we organise all of your tax and
National Insurance contributions. It also means that we are with you every step
of the way ensuring you have the support you need in placement. You’ll have
access to your care management team 24/7, a free confidential employee
assistance programme and the compassionate support of an Admiral Nurse
should you ever need it.
We can offer you flexible shift patterns to fit around your availability and any
commitments you might have. We can also offer you guaranteed hours of
around 15 - 20 per week, building up as our hourly service grows.
