the land of Media, near to his
wife’s brother until this day.

of his sons, Media, after the
name of their father Madai.

boundary
of Israel
(modern
Syria).

the Southern
boundary.
Note this
does not say
Madai was
given that
which he
begged. The
Medes would
become
conquerors
behind much
of the world
empire
from the
beginning. As
with Canaan,
Nephilim are
recorded
there.
