PÈRE MAGLOIRE CALVADOS
Père Magloire is the market leader for Calvados in France
and throughout the world. Making Calvados requires
several steps, each requiring know-how, passion and
specifi c skills. Everything begins in the orchard where more
than 60 specifi c apple varieties are grown. After harvest, the
apples are made into cider which is distilled in both column
and pot stills. Then begins the patient work of the cellar
master. Full range: V.S., V.S.O.P., X.O., 12 Y.O, Extra Heritage,
Mémoire and Pommeau de Normandie.
