MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN
Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin is made to a recipe with eight natural
botanicals, including juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander,
angelica, orris, liquorice and, uniquely, Sussex hops - a variety
discovered growing wild in hedgerows in Sussex, which bring an
amazing citrus and hop character to our fabulous gin. Each botanical is
distilled individually, and then brought together to create
a unique personality. The dramatic label shows the story of Saint
Dunstan and the Devil, an epic event which, as the story goes, took
place in the Sussex village of Mayfield in the 10th century.
