STRAIGHT SMALL BATCH WHISKEY
Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is a double mellowed, Tennessee Straight Whiskey, hand-crafted from locally
farmed high-grade corn. Sour mash, copper double distillation
and fi ltered through maple charcoal (Lincoln County Method).
Matured for 3 years in new American Oak light char no.3, with
20 barrels selected for the original Daddy Rack Master Blend (no
colouring or caramel added). Before resting and bottling each
batch goes through a second lighter maple charcoal fi ltration.
