PROCESSINGMETHOD
95 % Hand picked fruit. 55% whole-bunch pressed,
45% destemmed then pressed. Juice cold settled before
racking and innoculating. 90% Malolactic Fermentation.
COLOUR
Pale, salmon-pink in colour.
NOSE
Bright and vibrant. Leading with peach, cranberry and
subtle spiced notes. Fresh, awakening.
PALATE
Crisp and clean with a mineral backbone. Sings English
strawberries and raspberries, good acidity with zesty
grapefruit nuances. Leads on from the nose well.
Balanced by its floral and creamy notes, fantastic
refreshing finish.
