Aromas of ripe red berry fruit reminiscent of spicy plum jam complimented by pepper and vanilla. Full rounded
mouth feel with soft tannins. Red berry flavours and spice follow through on to the palate.
SABISZ2 Bon Courage, 'Inkara' Shiraz, Robertson - £14.87
A complex amalgamation of red berried fruit, chocolate, espresso and mulberry with sweet spice and smoky oak.
Round and full, velvet and lively, ripe and fresh. A silky texture palate with supple tannins and lots of horsepower
and excellent ageing potential.
SACRSZ2 Constitution Road, Shiraz, Robertson Winery - £15.87
The wine has a radiant deep purple colour. Rich aromas of plum, and black berries envelopes warm spice
aromas and a hint of dark chocolate. A voluptuous wine with silky tannins. Ripe dark fruit found on the nose
follows through to the palate and lingers on the finish. Hand harvested, fermentation in open fermenters and
matured in oak for 36 months in 100% French barrels. 7-10 years cellaring potential.
SACBXA2 The Chocolate Block, Stellenbosch - £19.41
A wine that has achieved cult status in the wine World. Made from a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon,
Grenache, Cinsault and Viognier. An exotic and vibrant vintage with an iron edge running alongside the inky core
of prunes, mulberries, cloves and boasting floral notes. Firm ripe tannins on the palate covered by plums,
blackberries and olive tapenade. Textured, composed and seamless in style.

Hints of strawberries bursting forth on the nose, accompanied by subtle undertones of rose petals. Strawberry
flavours early in the mouth with a lingering aftertaste of candy floss.
