Deep purple-red colour. The nose has a nice flattering intensity, dominant red cherry fruit aromas with a touch of
fine spices and liquorice. It has silky tannins coated with flavours of red berries.The family estate Château la
Courbade is located in the South of France, in Saint Gilles, near the Camargue.

A deliciously bold wine, with sweet plum fruit, silky and elegant texture, dark chocolate and mocha. The fruit is
complemented by delicate soft tannins.
FRVDXA2 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Château Du Val D’Or 2016 - £POA
A deep crimson colour with ruby tints, while the bouquet is refined and complex. On the palate this wine is dense
and fresh, marked by the perfectly ripe grapes.
FRPRXA2 Chateau Preuillac, Medoc, Cru Bourgeois - £POA
A beautiful blend of 53% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, this dense purplecolored wine is supple and seductive, with full-bodied opulence and loads of black currant and black cherry fruit
intermixed with some cedar wood, fruitcake and spice. Pure, textured and luscious on the palate, this one should
drink nicely for 5-8 years.
FRNGXA2 St.Emilion, Vieux Chateau, Negrit - £POA
A firm, flavoursome Saint-Emilion style, offering bright currant fruit mixed with savoury, smoky notes. This is a
wonderfully complex and mouth-filling red made predominantly from Merlot grapes with some Cabernet Franc.
Enjoy this excellent red with meat or mature hard cheese.
