Bright appearance with green highlights. Well-balanced and fruity on the nose with aromas of white
flowers, vineyard peach and acacia. On the palate, this wine is supple and well-structured and develops
mineral and white fruit notes.
FRSAPF2 Pouilly Fumé, Les Logeres, Guy Saget. Loire Valley - £15.51
Intense Sauvignon aromas, balanced acidity with a long finish and classic hints of mineral and flint.
FRSAPF2 Muscadet Sevre et Maine, Guy Saget. Loire Valley - £8.62
Pale yellow straw with green tones. The smell is quite big, clean and nicely fruity with hints of white flowers,
citrus and minerals. The palate is medium-bodied, dry and very clean with lively acidity and balanced
mineral tone. Fresh taste with hints of peach and pear.
FRSAML2 Saget, Muscadet Sevre et Maine sur Lie. Loire Valley - £9.48
Aromas of flowers blend with intense, white peach, green apple and pear. Followed by a creaminess and
richness which is absolutely delicious. The lees ageing also gives it a savoury, slightly umami quality.
FRSAVR2 Vouvray, Guy Saget, Loire Valley - £10.08
A very nice Chenin, with stone fruit and honey tones alongside a flinty minerality, great balance and length.
FRAMRL2 Michel Leon, Riesling, Alsace - £10.33
An appealing, lightly floral nose with rose petals, lemon sherbet and violets. This is fresh, zingy and just offdry with tight, tingly acidity perfectly balanced by honeysuckle and orange blossom.

An inviting nose of fresh apples and pears, with a hint of melon, follows on to the palate with a really clean
and zesty mouthfeel, with wonderfully soft acidity. The fresh, zippy flavours linger.
