HRH Prince Narisara Nuvadtivongs was a royal son of His Majesty King
Chulalongkorn (King Rama V), born to Her Highness Princess Consort Phannarai
on Tuesday, April 28, 1863. He was given the name Prince Chitcharoen by his
royal father. During the reign of King Rama V, Prince Narisara studied at the Royal
Military Academy. He later held several high-ranking positions, including serving
as minister of multiple ministries, e.g. Lord Privy Seal, President of the Supreme
Council of State, and advisor to the king. As a dedicated royal who earned
the appreciation of multiple reigning monarchs, he was highly respected by the
