We are extremely proud of you and all of your accomplishments. You are
our greatest gift from God! Your name means “Defender of Greatness”
and you embody all the strength, determination, and character of your
namesake. Since you were born you have impacted so many people’s lives
for the better and have always been destined for greatness.
We have watched you grow into a kind and compassionate young man with
a heart full of love and a mind full of endless potential.
Always remember that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Nazsir attends Blair High School in Pasadena,
where he is enrolled in the International
Baccalaureate Program. This is a two-year
comprehensive and rigorous program which
includes AP/IB courses in preparation for higher
learning. He has excelled both academically and
athletically with a 3.8 GPA. He was awarded the
IB Leadership Award junior year. Nazsir is a
varsity athlete on the Blair Boys Basketball
team where he has served as captain and is an
impactful defensive guard. He is an integral
part of his school’s community participating
in the Black and Latino Student Union, the
chess club, and the Principal’s Advisory
Committee. Outside of school he has
completed over 100 hours of community
service which include service projects at
Loyola High School, True LA Church, 100
Black Men of Long Beach, and Wilder’s
Preparatory Academy Charter School. Nazsir
will be attending Morehouse College and
plans to pursue a degree in Business.
