Chaz,
You are a constant reminder that God answers prayers. I am
incredibly proud of you and in awe of all that you have accomplished.
From a young age, you were a natural leader and reliable teammate. Over
the years, you have served as a leader in school and in the community,
creating your own path to success.
With perseverance, you have grown into the meaning of your name,
“A Man.” As such, you embody kindness, intelligence, courage, and
integrity. You are gregarious and stand out as a man for and with others.
Chaz, you are destined to do great things. Surely, you have everything
you need to be all that God has called for you to be.
Congratulations, as you continue your pursuit to unapologetic
EXCELLENCE. Your debut as an Achiever and all that has led
you to this honor, is the greatest joy of my life.

Chaz is a senior at Loyola High School where
he received recognition as an Honor Roll
Student while playing Varsity Football for
3 years and running track. Demonstrating
leadership, Chaz served as Co-President for
the African American Student Association,
Of昀椀ce of Equity and Inclusion Senate and on
the Private School Village Youth Council. Chaz
enjoys participation in leadership programs
with Gamma Zeta Boulé Foundation and the
Brotherhood Crusade. He has served on the
South Los Angeles Youth Council seeking
solutions to challenges in the community. His
work experience includes Teacher Assistant
at Delores T. Richardson Elementary School
and Teen Asthma Ambassador. Chaz is an
active member of Zion Hill Baptist Church
where he volunteers to support the worship
experience. As a recent achievement, Chaz
was a Posse Scholar 昀椀nalist. He will be
attending Morehouse College to pursue a
career in Business Marketing.
