TEC TEAM 2023
Through this last year we have seen growth of over a third in the
number of meters we are now managing on behalf of members.
The associated volume growth helped to ensure further management
fee reductions across the energy frameworks.
Last year we saw the greatest number of government
interventions in energy billing as the government responded
to the energy crisis. This created several unique challenges for
Corona, EDF and TEC in managing the different iterations of
energy support schemes. Significant system changes, testing
and rebilling were conducted behind the scenes last year to
ensure that disruption to the membership was kept to a minimum.
TEC members were incredibly patient through last year as the
industry went through unprecedented change. With fewer
anticipated changes this year, we look forward to accelerating
the release of a number of new enhanced bureau services.
On behalf of the whole TEC team, we look forward to another
exciting year in which we continue to provide energy budget
certainty whilst growing the range and breadth of Bureau and
Carbon Reduction services for our members.
