If your business location is within shipping zones 6, 7, or 8, we
guarantee delivery of your lotions and accessories in three days free
of charge with a $500.00 minimum purchase. Some restrictions may
apply. Please feel free to call and verify your shipping zone.
Ordering
To ensure immediate processing, please have description and size
ready when placing your order. Minimum order of $25.00 is required.
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) will be
shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. may be shipped
the next day.
Backorders
We will not backorder any orders under $50.00, but will be happy to
place product on future orders when product arrives. All backorders
over $50.00 will be shipped via ground freight at Tan International’s
expense. Acrylics, lamps, parts, and equipment will be excluded.
Payment
Return Guarantee
All orders shipped UPS C.O.D. shall be paid by company check.
Cashier’s check may be required on orders over $500.00. Payment
may also be made by bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or
American Express. No personal checks, please. Returned checks will
be subject to a $39.00 Returned-Check Charge.
We guarantee all lotion sales for 30 days. Product must be
current packaging, unopened and without any price stickers. All returns
must be pre-approved with freight prepaid. Any product returned after
30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (based on availability).
Lotions and accessories over $200.00 will be shipped freight-free!!
C.O.D. orders will be charged a UPS COD fee per box. Shipping
charges will be added to acrylics, lamps, parts, and equipment.
Next-Day, Second-Day and Third-Day air freight is available at
customer’s expense.
All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will make
every effort to maintain our catalog prices throughout the 2024 season.
