Sysmex’s PS-10 Sample Preparation System has received a signi昀椀cant upgrade with our latest version 1.5 software
update. We listened closely to customer feedback and integrated the most sought-after features to enhance your
昀氀ow cytometry lab. The new software updates expand the existing hardware capabilities to provide increased
ef昀椀ciency, improved user experience and enhanced automation. Here’s what you can expect from the new and
improved software update:
Increased Ef昀椀ciency
Sample volume pipetting ranges expanded to 20-600 uL:
Allows for testing of assays requiring large amounts of sample for
rare events.
Antibody/cocktail pipetting ranges expanded to 0.5-300 uL:
Expanded antibody/cocktail volumes accommodate more colors,
larger cocktails and smaller titrations.
Improved User Experience
Use both high and low-bottom BioLegend antibody vials:
PS-10 is now more 昀氀exible than ever and accommodates
antibodies from other manufacturers.
Customize lyse, buffer and antibody volumes to each panel:
A single antibody vial can be used at different volumes for
multiple panels.
Enhanced Automation
Automatically swap to the next available antibody/cocktail vial
within the run:
No interruption during runs, even if an antibody or cocktail runs out.
