Part of the Relais & Chateaux collection, this five-star hotel is
a former 18th century hunting lodge in homage to the owner’s
vineyard in California. Everything has a wine theme, and in the
triple AA Rosette awarded restaurant they serve one of the
finest lunch and evening menus in Berkshire while the cellar
holds 30,000 bottles (yes, you can take tours). The spa is a
circular, glass space with a pool featuring a current machine
so you can work out or just go with the flow. Treatments use
Darphin, Elemental Herbology and the venue’s own bespoke
Red Grape products.
