Younger generations have little patience
with subpar IT and communication
systems, and simply assume that all
modern organisations run on cloud
services and will deliver the always-on,
agile and responsive experience they have
been accustomed to since an early age.

digital demands of Millennials and Gen Z
will face strong recruitment and turnover

challenges. But digital leadership is not
only an issue that matters for younger
generations. The results of a study by MIT
Sloan Management Review and Deloitte,

their employees – depending on age group,
between 72 percent and 85 percent – want
to work for a digitally-enabled organisation.
