MEN’S HEALTH CHECKLIST:
4 things men can do to be more proactive in thier health.
SLEEP - Get 6-8 hours of sleep, shift workers may need two sleeps a
day.
FOOD - Eat three evenly spaced meals that are not processed. Try to
include legumes, fruit, vegetables and whole grain. Try to avoid refined
sugars. When eating meat, try to buy low fat cuts and have vegetarian meals
often each week.
EXERCISE - 30 minutes of exercise five times a week will do wonders
for your health and well-being. Walking, swimming or biking are a good place
to start.
DRINKING - Remember to stay hydrated and drink water. Before
drinking products check out the back label for sugar content and other
additives. H20 is the best choice.
