Our Mission
Our Facilities
The Disabled Drivers Association
of Ireland takes care to present
physical disability in the best
possible light and strives to show
that most physical disabilities can
be overcome and individuals can go
on to achieve their full potential, with
the benefit of support and training.
The DDAI headquarters in Ballindine
occupies a site of 6750m2 in area, which
consists of three buildings, the main
office building, a smaller office building
and an accommodation bungalow.
The office buildings house our CEO
Office, Administration & Accounts, and
the EU Parking Permit Administration.
We also have a staff canteen.
The bungalow which once would have
housed students attending driving
lesson courses is now used for staff
accommodation.
Our Purpose
We promote independence
and equal opportunity through
mobility, education and training.
Our Sub-Purpose
We promote independence
through driving in order to
reduce isolation.
