On-Line Portal: The online portal which went live
in 2022 will have a major factor in controlling
costs particularly postage, paper handling and
transaction costs. It will also improve our service
including response times to clients.
Using our online portal members and permit
holders can complete many tasks including:
The Association engages with the State
and other organisations in relation to
particular issues.

Enforcement: The parking permit department
is actively engaged in assisting enforcement
authorities to ensure permits are used
appropriately. This would include assisting
An Garda Siochana and Traffic Wardens with
Operation Enable and other initiatives. The
requirement for a renewal of the permit is not
necessarily in relation to continuing eligibility
under mobility but also with regard to the
adherence to the terms of use.
Where we become aware and confident a permit
has been misused, the permit can be withdrawn.
