Copenhagen’s rooftop bar is an experience out of the ordinary. And the wow experience is not reserved for the top 昀氀oor
but goes through the entire hotel.
Rooms as well as the lobby, restaurant
and lounge areas breathes luxury, and delicious materials such as leather, wood and
textiles in a palette of natural colors are
used again and again, inviting you to sit
back and relax under beautiful skylights
that are dimmed in the evening when the
昀椀rst cocktails are served.

The hotel has a large business segment,
but also lots of both Danish and foreign
tourists that check into one of the 394
rooms, which showcase the absolute
best in both Scandinavian and international design.
Kitchen, machines and various equipment
are also of high quality – the same applies
to the hotel’s trollys, which are used every
day throughout the house to transport
everything from food to tableware, and
which are custom-made by Steelwood
Concept.
“When the hotel opened, we had some
standard trollys delivered, and it wasn’t
many days before the 昀椀rst two had broken down. In a busy everyday life, it’s
clear that it’s tempting to overload, and
of course it doesn’t work, but conversely
you have to expect that they can last, but
these couldn’t, and I therefore contacted
Henrik Bodhi from Steelwood Concept
for to hear if he could be helpful with a
solution”, says F&B Manager at NH Collection Copenhagen, Hasse Fridh, who
already had a fairly clear idea of what he
needed before the 昀椀rst meeting.
