Steelwood Concept's
multifunctional buffets were
exactly what Scandic's
F&B director needed.
At Scandic Spectrum, the modern hotel interior provides the opportunity
to run a conference banquet, run an event in one of the hotel's event areas and look after the regular restaurant part at the same time. With mobile
kitchen solutions and 'rooms within rooms', you can turn them up and down
as needed, and Steelwood Concept's multifunctional buffets 昀椀t perfectly
into this set-up, where 昀氀exibility is a key word.
Scandic Spectrum with its 632 rooms covers - as the name suggests - the entire
spectrum. From the very large event space on the ground 昀氀oor, which can also
be divided into smaller separate rooms, to meeting rooms at the top
of the hotel with a view and break-out areas outside and inside.
Gastronomically, the hotel also embraces a wide range and
offers both gourmet and stone-oven pizza in the two
restaurants Ansvar and Nordbo, where guests can
also board a delicious breakfast buffet every day
and get the day kick-started with a solid selection
of home-baked bread, breakfast cereals, fruit,
and yoghurt - and this is where, among other
things, the buffets from Steelwood Concept
have an important function.
