Damage and Loss• Responsibility for equipment remains with the renterfrom the time of delivery through the time of return.• It is the renter’s responsibility to secure equipment fromtheft when not in use and protect from weather.• Replacement cost will be charged for missing, broken,and/or damaged equipment.PRICE BOOK• Replacement cost will be charged for missing, burned,stained, and/or wax-spotted linens.Will Call• Will call items must be transported in a covered vehicleand strapped to prevent damage during transport.
