Estimates
• Estimates may be placed at any time.
• Estimates are for pricing purposes only, and they do not
hold or reserve inventory or services.
• A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to secure
Standard Event Rentals’ inventory and services.
• All prices are subject to change at any time, except on
PRICE BOOK
confirmed reservation orders.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation, the following cancellation
charges apply to compensate Standard Event Rentals for
its time, energy, costs and expenditures in preparing for
the performance of its obligations to the renter:
• Once a reservation is confirmed by renter's signature
along with a 50% deposit, it is considered a binding
Rental Agreement and all equipment on the order is
reserved and made unavailable to other renters.
• Cancellation made 30 days prior to date of delivery will be
allowed at no charge. Exception will be 100% of any out of
pocket cost incurred (permits, special purchases, etc.)
• Cancellations made within 30 days and up to 15 days
of the scheduled delivery date will be charged a 25%
cancellation fee. Exception will be 100% of any out of
pocket cost incurred (permits, special purchases, etc.)
• Cancellations made within 14 days and up to 7 days
of the scheduled delivery date will be charged a 50%
cancellation fee. Exception will be 100% of any out of
pocket cost incurred (permits, special purchases, etc.)
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled
delivery date will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
• Postponed events will be charged 100% of any out of
pocket cost incurred. The balance is nonrefundable and
will be honored for use on the rescheduled event within
the same calendar year.
