POSTER PROGRAM
SOCRA9s Annual Conference Poster Program is an opportunity for
individuals to share their research, findings and achievements with their
colleagues. SOCRA offers dedicated times for poster presenters to present
and discuss their posters with the diverse group of attendees.
Presenting a poster at SOCRA9s Annual Conference is a noteworthy way to
share expertise or accomplishment in a specific area while contributing to
clinical research.

Event Center South.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
Welcome Reception I 6:00 to 7:00 pm
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
Exhibit + Poster Hall Hours I 10:00 to 5:00 pm
Morning Break I 10:00 to 10:30 am
Lunch I 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm
Afternoon Break I 2:50 pm to 3:25 pm
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
Exhibit + Poster Hall Hours I 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Morning Break I 10:05 am to 10:50 am
Lunch I 12:25 pm to 1:40 pm
Afternoon Break I 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm
Abstracts of approximately 500 words are requested for identification, evaluation, and publishing of poster presentations. There are
two categories of submission:
Clinical Trials: Scientific papers reporting on findings of treatment, intervention, or survey studies.
Clinical Research Management: Critical reviews, position papers, or descriptive case reports dealing with issues associated
with implementation, coordination, or management of clinical research programs.

Saturday, September 28, 8:30 to 10:05 am I Track 1 I Pavilion 6
Finalists are afforded two to three minutes to present their poster, followed by a Q+A session with interested attendees and the
selection committee.
ÌÊÌÎ SPECIśL RECOGNITION śWśRD COMPETITION
The primary author of the poster with the highest aggregate score among abstract, poster and Q&A session for each of the two
categories (management and clinical trials) is awarded $500 and a fee-waived registration to the 2024 Annual Conference.
Sunday, September 29th at 8:30 am I Closing Plenary I Paradise Event Center North
Special recognition awards will be announced and awarded at the beginning of the Sunday morning closing plenary session.
