PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Dear Colleagues,
This September, SOCRA proudly hosted our 2024 Annual Conference at the
Westgate Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Our conference provided
attendees with invaluable opportunities to network with their peers, and other
leaders and innovators in clinical research. Participants engaged in thoughtful
discussions with speakers and poster presenters, covering topics ranging from
FDA regulations and trends in clinical research design to AI in clinical research.
A central focus of the event included training, quality management, site
management and monitoring, and ensuring research participant safety, along
with fostering strategic collaborations and relationships. Key sessions addressed
inspection readiness, the importance of participant-centered research, and best
practices for informed consent processes, documentation, and research ethics.

Our Annual Conference Poster Program showcased a diverse array of content relevant to both clinical trial
management and research science. Poster presenters were available to discuss their 昀椀ndings and answer questions,
allowing attendees to collaborate and share insights. After a series of evaluations, our team of reviewers selected
