Bright Secure Recycling has been a leading innovative recycling specialist since 1998, focusing

land昀椀ll approach and promoting a circular economy turning recycled waste into new market
products were possible.
Once your recycling boxes arrive at Bright Secure the materials are shredded or recovered within
24-48 hours. Suitable recycled materials are then carefully crafted into dog friendly products.

Plastics: How does it work
Bright Secure Recycling have been providing
a zero – land昀椀ll sustainable recycling solution
for the past 24 years. Successfully recycling 1.2
million tonnes of waste and won 26 awards,
the wide range of bespoke waste disposal
o昀昀erings support a number of business as we
all take the necessary steps to have a positive
impact on the environment.
The plastic waste is processed with any
contaminated material removed. The next
step is to shred and granulate the plastic into
pellets and then be inputted into the injection
moulder machine. This requires 3 key steps
before the new recycled product is created.
The majority of your products you will be
recycling through our scheme will be processed
via closed – loop recycling.
What is Closed-Loop Recycling?
This is the process in which a product is used,
recycled and then made into a new product
therefore not ending up in land昀椀ll.
The signi昀椀cance of this recycling process is
the reduced risk to the environment, natural
habitat and pollution helping to avoid green
house gases which otherwise would be
generated from the labour and extraction of
materials from virgin resources.

Step 1) Granules are put into the injection
moulder
Step 2) The injection moulder press melts the
granules into a liqui昀椀ed substance.
Step 3) Which then travels through pressurised
space and it is moulded into the new recycled
end product.
