manager, managing agent or risk assessor.

conducting fire risk assessments, informing
staff of identified risks, implementing and
maintaining fire safety measures, planning
for emergencies, and providing staff with
relevant information and training. These
responsibilities ensure a safe working
environment, protecting both employees
and property from the risks of fire.
