Bids shall be valid for a period of 180 days after bid closing. DBJ
reserves the right to request an extension of the validity period of
Proposals.
The Enterprise Team reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or
to annul the bid process and reject all bids, at any time prior to
the award of the contract without thereby incurring any liability
whatsoever.
The non-refundable purchase price of this RFP is One Hundred
United States Dollars (US$100) or the Jamaican dollar equivalent
using the Prevailing Exchange Rate and is payable via wire
transfer to DBJ9s USD account. All parties and participants must
bear their own costs in response to this RFP or in any subsequent
discussions or negotiations. Under no circumstances shall the
GoJ, DBJ, ET or SCJH be responsible or liable for those costs.
