Small Acts of Kindness Impact Report 2023 - Report - Page 4
We have worked in partnership with Small Acts of Kindness for the past four years
and the support they provide to older and vulnerable people across Hertfordshire is
invaluable. These bags are a real lifeline for some people and can have a huge impact

With the help of officers in their community role, we can work to reach the thousands of seemingly unreachable older
people who live in isolation.
Shining a light on Small Acts of Kindness
This year, we are thrilled to have had our work recognised
nationally as well as by the community in which we work.
Winning Gold as 'Community Business of the Year' at the SME
Hertfordshire Business Awards 2023, we then went on to
achieve Silver Winner ‘Community Business of the Year' at the
SME National Business Awards in December 2023.
The Kindness Club
We are excited to have launched The Kindness Club and invite our
supporters to join a community of people who want to be a part of making a
difference. A chosen monthly donation means members will be helping to fill
the thousands of Small Acts of Kindness Warm in Winter gift bags that are
gifted, free of charge, every winter, to vulnerable, older people who struggle
to keep warm in their homes.

Your act of kindness will make you feel good, month after month, all year round. We would love for you to keep that ‘good
feeling’ going by telling your family, friends and colleagues, so that they can make a difference too, one small act of kindness
at a time. Click here for more information or to join The Kindness Club.
