to our own subsidiaries with local stock for standard
products and spare parts. We strive to have a 昀椀xed
freight schedule to our subsidiaries in order to group
transports, be it by truck in Europe or by container
sea freight to the United States, South Korea, Japan
and Australia, in order to reduce the number of
urgent shipments and the need for air freight.
STEP 6. SALES
Our products are either sold directly from our three
production sites in Sweden or Denmark, or from one
of our nine globally spread subsidiaries with own
local stocks. We sell to OEM:s with delivery directly
from our production sites to the OEM:s production
facilities around the world and to OED:s mainly
through the sales o昀케ces and representatives.
STEP 7. PRODUCT USAGE
When the products 昀椀nally reach the machine
operator and are starting to be used, our Terratech
products with Steelwrist tiltrotors can give the user
signi昀椀cantly higher e昀케ciency in their excavator work
in comparison with conventional methods. This
saves valuable time for the customer as well helps
environment due to less fuel being required for the
same amount of work.

STEP 8. SUPPORT AND SERVICE.
Our customer support is structured into four levels.
Level 1 involves the machine dealer or service partner
responsible that made installation of our products on
the excavator. Level 2 comprises the local subsidiary's
support function, while level 3 entails the global
support function based in Sweden. Level 4 involves
the R&D function within each company.
The main focus with expanding the support network
to local sites and collaborate with local service
partners is to be close to the end user when help is
needed and to be available in the local language.
Before our products reach their end of life, we can
o昀昀er a Full Service where we refurbish the product
from the ground up and o昀昀er a new warranty for the
service made.
STEP 9. END OF LIFE AND RECYCLING
In an independent study made in Japan at the end
of 2023 and beginning of 2024 the measured
productivity increase amounted to just above 40% in
a head-to-head comparison between one excavator
using Terratech products and one excavator with a
traditional bucket setup.
The absolute majority of the material in our products
can be recycled and we have since 2023 been using
the CDX database (Compliance Data Exchange) to
map all material included in our products. This is an
ongoing project, and we have during 2023 trained
many suppliers in using the CDX database, so that we
can specify the often complex Steelwrist and SVAB
products in its total.

fuel was needed for the same job and there was no
