We strive to be an organization where
diversity is encouraged, appreciated
and where everyone is treated equally
regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, social background or ethnicity. As
the gender distribution have a rather
heavy inclination towards men, we have
tried to attract more female applicants
and in general appeal to more women in
di昀昀erent roles within our companies.
However, our business as such being
earthmoving machines is in general
skewed towards male employees, all the
way from excavator operators to the
welders that produce components. It
is most likely not reasonable to expect
an equal distribution between men and
women in the foreseeable future. However
it is still our intention to work towards a
more equal split.
The percentage of women in the three
companies remain fairly stable between
2022 and 2023. The decrease in Steelwrist
is due to the inclusion of Steelwrist subsidiaries in 2023 where on average there is
a below average portion of women. A wide
age distribution is also an important factor
for creating an attractive work environment.
Every second year we do a full employee
survey where questions related to;
objectives and result focus, culture and
values, work situation and personal impact,
work organization, discussion climate and
initiatives, competence and development,
performance appraisal, cooperation, discrimination, information, pride and loyalty,
and leadership is evaluated and analyzed.
Within this survey employees can also
give suggestions of improvements in an
open text 昀椀eld. The results are measured
from 1 (being low) to 5 (being high). In late
2023 and early 2024 the same survey was
done for all three companies within the
group with overall very high ratings. The
results from the survey are analyzed and
presented within the companies where
potential for improvements is discussed.

AGE DISTRIBUTION TERRATECH GROUP
With the inclusion of Sjørring
and
Steelwrist subsidiaries in 2022 and 2023
we have a fairly well distributed age
distribution within the group. Our goal is
to be an attractive employer where our coworkers feel safe, can grow, and develop
on the job and as human beings.
