A WORD FROM OUR CEO
The real magic of Signal Centers is the commitment to being a place where everyone onds connection, encouragement,
and is given a chance to accomplish their goals. Signal has eight local programs that put us in close relationships with
people at some of their most vulnerable moments - having a baby, caregiving, experiencing a mental health crisis or
homelessness, navigating the world of disability services, searching for a job, or needing help as a family as they parent
young children.
Carrying out this important work locally starts with the commitment of donors and partners in our community. This report
is a renection and celebration of their contribution to our mission.
It is also a testament to how our regional and statewide funders have trusted us to take what we do best locally and scale
it to the rest of Tennessee. Unlike our local programs, these larger initiatives are fully funded through grants. We are
honored to have the trust of our government partners, and being good stewards of their investment is a responsibility we
value greatly.
Our staff, board, Friends, and partners join forces to do the joyful, meaningful work to create a better life for our
community right now and make a difference for the next generation.
