WORK READY
Work Ready is addressing the employment rate among lower-income
citizens and the labor shortage in child care. The program recruits
lower-income individuals to participate in a paid internship in early
childhood classrooms while concurrently enrolling in postsecondary
coursework or training in early childhood education.
