WAGE$® TENNESSEE
The WAGE$ program is changing the landscape of
early childhood by offering education-based salary
supplements to early childhood educators. The
aim of the program is to increase the retention rate
of educators in the oeld and incentivize them for
acquiring postsecondary education.
Marshell and Anthony Spears just opened Our Little
Treasures Preschool Academy in Jackson, TN. They are
being proactive in getting involved with WAGE$ not
just to retain their current staff, but to use the program
as a recruitment tool to onboard new, highly qualioed
educators into their centers.
