Since 2015, Family Forward has offered
intensive case management, mentoring and
coaching, resource connection, education, and
community-building to four target ZIP codes in
Chattanooga. These ZIP codes are areas where
disparities are most evident. The program9s
outcomes with young families are a perfect
foundational initiative of Mayor Tim Kelly9s ONE
