CAREERHOUSE
Careerhouse is a career development program for juniors, seniors and alumnae who are
seeking career guidance. The program provides year-long access to online content
based on where members are in their career search process. Topics included: career
road-mapping, internal promotion, networking for growth and opportunities, job search,
resume design, interview preparation and negotiating an offer.
Sigma Kappa remains the reason I've continued to succeed after
graduating. I remain connected to the values I gained from Sigma Kappa
undergrad. Careerhouse was a wonderful tool to show the power of selfawareness and strategic thinking and planning and I wholeheartedly
recommend it to anyone looking to achieve their career dreams.
The Careerhouse program was very helpful especially with salary
negotiations. I felt more confident. During a recent job offer the skills I
learned led to a 40 percent salary increase!
I graduated from college a long time ago and didn’t know if there would
be a place for me in the discussions - there absolutely was! Your
program was welcoming and helpful to women in all stages of their
career journey.
