She Runs It celebrates the companies that participated in the Seramount Marketing
Media and Ad Tech Survey because they believe in the power of measurement
and action to achieve greater diversity and inclusion. In doing so, they embrace and
accelerate the mission of #Inclusive100, and they recognize that DEI will only become
more important to our industry as the consumer population continues to diversify
(majority minority predicted by 2044), and a next generation workforce makes
decisions about who to work for.
The data provides a crucial roadmap to progress, and with greater participation, there
will be a greater dataset to analyze and segment, surfacing more trends and actions
speci昀椀c to media companies, agencies, adtech 昀椀rms and marketers.
She Runs It is committed to continue the work of #Inclusive100 through the
Seramount Marketing Media and Ad Tech Survey. The 2024 Marketing, Media and
