Six years of #Inclusive100 have taught us a great deal about what
matters, what works, and what doesn’t in pursuit of DEI goals and
objectives. Based on this learning, She Runs It – in partnership with
Seramount – has developed a new Marketing, Advertising, and
AdTech Inclusion Index, which is currently open to participants through
March 12, 2024. While we are a 501c3 non-pro昀椀t organization, we
invested a signi昀椀cant amount of money to develop the survey because
we have witnessed its ability to surface actions that create progress.
It is tailored and streamlined for relevance and ease of completion,
and if seven or more companies per sector (PR 昀椀rm, ad agency, media
company, adtech company) submit their data, the new tool will include
a segmentation that allows companies to get an apples-to-apples
comparison of their progress in relation to similar companies.
