EARLY CHILDHOOD COURSE
CURRICULUM
This rigorous course offers an in-depth study of Early Childhood Montessori (ages 2.5-6). The
comprehensive course includes lectures, demonstrations, classroom observations, small group
projects, manual and material creation, and research. This is a MACTE accredited, AMS affiliated
course.
The Hybrid Breakdown:
Synchronous: 108 Hours
Adult learners attend Zoom
sessions with the instructor.
Asynchronous: 60 Hours
Adult learners work through the
Canvas modules independently.
In-Residence: 136 Hours
Adult learners are at the Shelton
School with the instructor.
Coursework: 326 Hours
(Includes 22 Self-Paced Study Hours)
