PRESENTATION
Offer presentations happen any time we receive an offer or offers.
We'll get together as a team to review the offers with you side-by-side
so we can compare them and decide on which one to accept or
counteroffer.
In a multiple offer situation, we'll review them all at once. This
strategy is ideal because it allows us to compare offers from different
buyers at once, rather than receiving them one by one over time.
