GOING TO MARKET
Homes perform best when they go live on the market on Thursdays, which allows
buyers to plan their house tours for the weekend. In advance of this, we want the
property to be advertised for at least 4 days leading up to the big weekend. In order
to achieve this, all cleaning and photos need to be taken approximately 2 weeks
prior to your home going live.
Any staging and cleaning will be done prior to photo and video. The photo shoot is a
half day event and it is best if you plan to be gone for the majority of the day.
The photos and videos will then be edited and used to build the following marketing
materials:
Your home website
Neighborhood direct mail pieces
Social media posts & ads
Open house materials
