Interventions continue to contribute to building a pool
of graduates in the country. With our support,
22 new skilled and capable engineers will join
the Mozambican market. These students are currently
advancing with courses at various educational
establishments – 10 in Malaysia, six in South Africa
and six in Mozambique.

Over 30 graduates from the Matola Centre
visited our Central Processing Plant in Temane as
part of field readiness learning on the "Get Energy
Field Ready" training programme which exposes
youth to the oil and gas industry. The current intake
of graduates come from Nampula and Matola
communities.
