OUR COMMITMENT
OUR GROUP APPROACH
We are committed to leveraging our supply chain to advance
the transformation imperative, thereby ensuring the integration
of small, medium and micro enterprises (SMMEs) as well as
firms owned by historically disadvantaged persons (HDPs),
particularly in the areas where we operate.
We strive to deliver maximum shared value for our organisation and our stakeholders that is built on robust,
mutually beneficial relationships. This is achieved by supporting smaller businesses, through funding and
development interventions, enabling their meaningful participation within our supply chain. Furthermore,
we drive localisation and economic transformation of large enterprises in our supplier base to create more
opportunities for the integration of small businesses in our fenceline communities.
