Roadmap
In 2022, Sasol committed to develop
a just transition roadmap. In 2023,
our work to meet this commitment
began in earnest and culminated in
the development of a phased just
transition roadmap, consisting of
four phases:

Work transition for impacted population

Repurposing of
existing social

Reconfiguring bursaries and grants
Technical school and college interventions
Specific interventions identified
in Phase 3 will be scaled to
mitigate impacts on our
workforce and local communities
As we progress our implementation, we will continue engaging and
incorporating views from stakeholders to iterate our interventions.
