1.2 Overarching principles
1. The symbol
The symbol has been carefully designed
to reflect our core business. It represents
a molecular structure, ably suggesting
Sasol’s engagement with petrochemicals
and energy, but also signifying the dynamic
nature of what we do. It is a truly dynamic
symbol, and should be used in its animated
form whenever possible.

The wordmark is the name of our company.
It is represented in a modern and
contemporary typeface, in keeping
with our growth and relevance.
Our symbol may be applied
independently without the
other components; however,
it must always be accompanied
by the full logo in close proximity,
e.g. the symbol may be applied to
the front of a T-shirt and a full
logo on the sleeve.
