2.1 Introduction
As a leading brand, Sasol speaks with one distinctive voice.
On the web, in a tweet, in conversations with a salesperson,
in advertising, in a speech given by our company President and
CEO, even when answering the phone, we need to project the
same unified voice. Besides consistency of tone, consistency
of message is also important as it clearly positions us in the
minds of the stakeholders we deal with. This ensures that we
aren’t viewed as confused or erratic. When a brand acts with
this kind of consistency, it builds brand credibility and trust.
