How do I pay for expenses using my FSA?
FSA account holders will receive a debit card from EBPA. This card can be used for FSA-eligible
expenses at qualified locations. Alternatively, you may file a paper claim for reimbursement. Per the
IRS, you are responsible for substantiating claims as requested by EBPA.
