When you experience life’s challenges, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to help.
The EAP has a variety of programs and services and if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking
for, the EAP is always just a call or click away. EAP personal advocates will work with you and
your household family members to help you resolve issues you may be facing, connect you with
the right mental health professionals, direct you to a variety of helpful resources in your
community, and more.
The EAP is available to all VELCO employees as well as people living in your household. You do
not need to be benefits-eligible, or enrolled in CIGNA, to utilize this valuable resource.
